Return Policy

Otto’s Hungarian Import Store & Deli has a no-hassle return policy. No purchase is complete until you are satisfied. We are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. If for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can initiate a return to us within 3 days of arrival date when accompanied with its proper documentation and in its original box for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance, and handling charges are non-refundable.)

Returned orders which qualified for free shipping will have the shipping charges deducted from the refund amount. Returned orders must be accompanied by all free items which may have been included with the order - any missing items will be deducted from the refund amount based on the items value as stated on the website.  Media Items such as CD’s, Tapes, Books, etc are non-returnable if opened.

Damaged, Perishable, or Missing goods will be deducted from the refund total.  In addition, items which are returned not in their original packaging, stack quantity, are missing original boxes will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. In order for returns to be processed, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the package. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.
